covid-19 protocol

  • If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms (fever, dry cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing) we ask that you do not come to the studio and stay home to prevent possibly exposure to others.
  • If you or anyone in your immediate bubble have been possibly exposed please remain at home. By coming to classes in the studio and outdoors you agree to not put anyone at risk and therefore will avoid travel outside Canada or travel to areas with higher than average case numbers.
  • Please contact the studio if you or anyone close to you test positive for Covid-19 after you have attended classes.
  • Masks are required at all times in the building. We are also asking that during practice you wear your mask as well so that we keep our space safe. Thank you!
  • Please wash your hands frequently during your visit, when you get there and after your practice if possible. Hand sanitizer is always available as well.
  • The office will be closed to student access for the time being. Please check in with your instructor at the door to the office before entering the studio. Shoes can still be placed on the shelf and belongings brought into the studio. (Please only bring absolute necessities)
  • All blankets, bolsters and straps are not available for public use at this time. Please bring any props you need with you when you come. Only blocks will be available as they can be cleaned easily after each use.
  • Situate your mat in one of the designated spaces in the room and remain there until class begins. Avoid lingering in washrooms or hallway please.
  • We will be providing spray bottles and paper towels so that you can clean the area 2 feet from all sides of your mat upon completion of the class. If using cubbies in the space please clean these as well.
  • When class is over please clean your space and wait for direction from the instructor so that you can leave the space and avoid congestion in the hallway. We will all adjust to this in time and it will become easier.
  • Thank you for your understanding and adherence to the above guidelines. If you have any questions please contact Susan or Christopher.
