12:00-1:00 pm   Quiet the Mind (Yin/Yang) Michelle (E)
This hour long practice combines slow, long, Yin based holds with more dynamic Hatha postures to gain strength and flexibility.
5:30-6:45 pm   Holy Space   Susan (B)
This 75 minute beginner friendly practice is slower moving with guided instruction for those newer to yoga. A full body, mind and breath based Hatha yoga class including standing, balance, seated and reclined postures.
6:00-7:15 pm Pump Up the Prana Kelly W (E)
Based in Hatha yoga this practice combines grounding, breath work, asanas (postures), and meditation. All of these different elements combined makes for a very balanced, well rounded class sure to challenge you on many levels.
12:00-1:00 pm   Let’s Move  Christopher (B)
A 60 minute full body practice with anatomy based cues and guidance. Chris will make everyone feel at home, beginner or seasoned practitioner.
5:30-6:45 pm Spine Alive  Christopher (E)
This 75 minute practice focuses on the spine and its intimate connection to the entire body. Your back will love you for this.
12:00-1:00 pm  Afternoon Delight Susan (E)
60 minutes of self care for the body and the mind. Calming and strengthening at the same time, Susan’s classes will help you find balance.
6:00-7:15 p.m. Free Your Soul Susan (E)
Community Yoga open to all. This everyone friendly class is for both members of the studio and those who would just like to drop in and try a class. There is a donation required for non-members and pass holders can choose to donate if they would like to save their passes.
10:30-11:45 a.m. Balanced Bliss (Yin/Yang) Kelly L (B)
Start with Yin while the muscles are still cool to target connective tissues and then move into Hatha yoga postures to create heat and facilitate further stretching. This class is beginner friendly so includes extra modifications and explanations for those new to Yin and yoga in general.
4:00-5:30 p.m. Find Yourself Christopher (E)
This 90 minute class is sure to please all. Combining pranayama (breath work), asana (yoga postures), mantra and meditation, this practice is steeped in the ancient tradition of yoga and will always include inversions but is still open to all with options for everyone. The class varies week to week so will always keep you on your toes.
9:30-10:45 a.m. Open Hips Open Heart ♥ Susan (E)
Sunday morning at the church of yoga is a favourite at the studio. This class includes many poses designed to open the hips and low back while at the same time opening the chest and stretching the upper back. Great start for the week to come.
